Venison Burger from the Vizzi Truck

I thought the venison burger was divine. Cooked a perfect medium patty on a delish bun with caramelized onions, queso panela, bacon and a sriracha aioli. This dish for me comes highly recommended.
Plus every dish served up at the Vizzi Truck comes with their signature truffle popcorn. Thats right trufffle popcorn. Truffle shavings and sea salt are all that top the light fluffy popcorn and the savory taste is a great substitute for fries!
